Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received

  • Be unworn or unused, with tags attached

  • Be in its original packaging

  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

All returns must be sent to a South African return address, which will be provided once your return request is approved.

If your return is accepted, we will send you:

  • A return shipping label (where applicable)

  • Clear instructions on how and where to send your parcel

⚠️ Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess the issue and resolve it promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Perishable goods (e.g. food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Personal care or beauty products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


Exchanges

To receive a different item, we recommend:

  1. Returning the original item (once approved), and

  2. Placing a new order separately for the replacement item

This ensures the fastest processing time.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above and must still be returned to our South African return address.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing may take up to 10 business days

  • Your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the funds
